Professional Soccer:The MLS or Major League Soccer is the
Competitive Play:
- No hands unless throwing in the ball or a keeper is in possession - Rude or foul language will result in a card - Only eleven players on each team are allowed on the field at one time - Coaches may not use foul language directed at anyone
- Players may not slide tackle or shoulder another player unless the attacking player is playing the ball - During a throw in, the player throwing the ball back into play must keep feet on the ground. - Hand balls will result in a free kick for the other team

If an opposing player is intentionally tripped in the
18 yard box,
- Regulation size goals are 8’ tall and 11’ wide.

Regulation sized fields are 60 yards x 100 yards rectangles
- pick up games - players create own rules - field can be a street or driveway etc - includes juggling the ball - Freestyle has become a competitive sport - Some games are 3v3

Indoor boots can be used are preferred by some
Many of these tricks are used in professional and regular games and are very useful when a player is tryign to get by an opposing player.
